Everything you need before you start
Who can enter the Deutschland SuperApp Hackathon?
Anyone building for the Germany Super App: developers, designers, students, founders and AI builders. Entries are individual or team Mini Apps submitted through the registration page.
When is the submission deadline?
Submissions close on 1 January 2027 at 23:59 Central European Time. The best Mini Apps then move into the final selection.
How much prize money is available?
€250,000 in total. Thirteen cash prize winners share the pool, plus one Community Choice Award decided after the Germany Super App launches.
Which tracks can I build for?
Nine tracks: Healthcare, Mobility, Government, Communities, Education, Finance, AI, Retail and Entertainment. Pick the one your Mini App fits best.
What does the platform provide?
Strong digital identity, security, digital signature, payments, communication, and platform infrastructure are built in. You build the service; the platform provides the foundation.
